Functional
Training

Functional Training is the physical module of Kvantuysya for adults aged 18+. It supports learning and practice through strength, mobility, coordination, breathing and stability, with an emphasis on appropriate effort. It gives the body a practical role in the learning journey.

About this section

Build physical foundations for practice

✓Strength and stability: a solid foundation without unnecessary tension
✓Mobility and coordination: freer, more controlled movement
✓Effort and recovery: working with rhythm, breathing and attention
This module complements Neurofitness. Neurofitness focuses on awareness and movement quality; Functional Training develops physical capacity, strength, stability and readiness for action.
✦ What is included

Physical foundations for attention, practice and action

In Kvantuysya, the body is part of the learning process. Between educational modules, participants return to movement, physical effort and breathing. Functional Training connects learning with physical readiness and everyday action.

Mobility

Freedom of movement

Gradually develop mobility, range of motion and joint control for easier, more comfortable movement.

Coordination

Body, rhythm and attention

Exercises that connect movement with breathing, attention, rhythm and awareness of your state.

How it fits in

Between learning modules and alongside practice

Functional Training can take place between Quantum Perspective and Quantum Thinking, alongside Neurofitness, or in separate practical sessions. It connects understanding with physical readiness, stability and the capacity to act without unnecessary tension.
